ABSTRACT

Object To quantitatively analyze the rationality of medical support process and resource allocation on a certain model of ship. Methods Based on the queuing theory, the simulation model was built and analyzed by using simulation software. The medical system operational effectiveness was investigated through process parameters, such as the wounded waiting time, the resource utilization of major equipment. Results The simulation results showed that the design scheme of medical system was reasonable. Conclusion The quantitative process parameters of the system operating efficiency can be obtained at the design stage by using simulation analysis technology, which is of great practical value for the rationality of medical system design on ship.

ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to optimize the extraction (CO2 supercritical extraction) process and purification (ethanol washing and decontaminating) process of total fatty acid in Brassica campestris pollen. With the extraction yield of total fatty acid as index, CO2 supercritical extraction of total fatty acid in B. campestris polle was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. Ethanol washing and decontaminating was done for the extract through orthogonal design with content of total fatty acid (linolenic acid amide, linolenic acid glyceride, linolenic acid and palmitic acid) as the indexes. The optimum parameters of CO2 supercritical extraction technology were as follows: extraction pressure of 35 MPa, extraction temperature of 60 ℃and extraction time of 3 h. When extract of supercritical fluid was purified by 50 times of 80% ethanol for 1.5 h, the content of total fatty acid can reach 60%. In addition, this process was stable and steady, provided reliable basis for production.

ABSTRACT

Phytochemical investigation on the EtOH extract from the aerial part of Callicarpa kwangtungensis led to the isolation and characterization of 10 caffeoyl phenylethanoid glycosides, 2'-acetylacteoside (1), tubuloside E (2), acteoside (3), tubuloside B (4), isoacteoside (5), alyssonoside (6), 2'-acetylforsythoside B (7), brandioside (8), forsythoside B (9), and poliumoside (10). Compound 4 was isolated from the plants of Verbenaceae, and 6 was obtained from the Callicarpa genus, for the first time, while compounds 1, 2, 5 and 7 were firstly reported from the plant.

ABSTRACT

To analyze the correlation of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) of Chinese materia medica (CMM) based on the multi-components and multi-targets, through the example of demonstrative research, we brought forward some innovative strategies. The research requires to use a medicated serum in parallel at a pathologic state. The experiments included the determination of multi-components PK parameters, the establishment of serum dynamic fingerprints and multi-targets PD models, the research on PK/PD binding model, the selection of the analytic program, the representation of internal relations among the concentration, time, and effect in the effective component group, the analyses on the correlation between fingerprint and PD, the tracing of the rule of PD from the chemical fingerprints and metabolic fingerprints, and the construction of a spectrum which could represent the characterization of the correlation between the retention time and the effect and the characterization of dose-effect fingerprint spectrum of the correlation between peak area growth and effects. The multi-dimensional characteristics of fingerprint-pharmacophore fingerprints (feature effect peak and dose-effect fingerprint spectrum)-fingerprint spectrum of PK are integrated, processed, and edited and a multi-dimensional image of "active integration fingerprint" in the active component group was built. A new research method on the combination of the PK/PD of CMM was explored. Only by this way, we will really understand the interaction in active component group in vivo and clearly explain the material base which truly works.
